Apocrine adenoma versus apocrine carcinoma
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, 1980Two examples of apocrine neoplasm are presented, contrasting the features of an apocrine adenoma with those of a possible apocrine adenocarcinoma. Apocrine adenocarcinoma, distinct from Paget's disease, is a rare neoplasm. Its recognition is complicated by long periods of benign growth and by subtle histologic differences from apocrine adenoma.

Sebaceous Carcinoma With Apocrine Differentiation
The American Journal of Dermatopathology, 2001A 54-year-old male had a dome-shaped and skin-colored nodule on his nose. Histopathologically, we diagnosed this neoplasm as a low-grade sebaceous carcinoma rather than a sebaceoma based on the scanning magnification and cytology. This low-grade sebaceous carcinoma was associated with glandular structures.

Distinct Uroplakin II Staining Pattern in Apocrine Breast Carcinoma
Applied immunohistochemistry & molecular morphology (Print), 2022Uroplakin II (UPII) has been shown as a highly specific marker of urothelial carcinoma; however, it can also stain subtypes of apocrine-differentiated breast carcinoma.

Primary cutaneous apocrine carcinoma with RARA::NPEPPS fusion
Journal of cutaneous pathologyGene fusions have emerged as crucial molecular drivers of oncogenesis in a subset of cutaneous adnexal neoplasms, including poroid neoplasms and hidradenomas. We present a unique case of primary cutaneous apocrine carcinoma harboring RARA::NPEPPS fusion,

Axillary apocrine carcinoma with Paget’s disease and apocrine naevus
Clinical and Experimental Dermatology, 2009Apocrine carcinoma is a rare malignant sweat-gland neoplasm with apocrine differentiation. There have been some reported cases of apocrine carcinoma with apocrine naevus. We report a case of a 78-year-old man with a painless tumour of the left axilla. Positron emission tomography (PET) showed slight fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake in both axillae.
