Application of Permutation Group Theory in Reversible Logic Synthesis [PDF]
The paper discusses various applications of permutation group theory in the synthesis of reversible logic circuits consisting of Toffoli gates with negative control lines. An asymptotically optimal synthesis algorithm for circuits consisting of gates from the NCT library is described.

MODELING PROPERTIES OF INTERVAL VALUED ANTI-NEUTROSOPHIC FUZZY IDEALS IN NEAR-RINGS
This paper characterizes interval-valued anti-neutrosophic fuzzy ideals (IVANFIs) within near-rings, addressing the gap in algebraic theory related to their behavior in such structures.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
