Postselected amplification and photon recycling applied to optical sensing of magnetic fields
We apply the combined technique of postselected amplification and photon-recycling to an optical setup of magnetic field precision measurement. We propose two recycling schemes and carry out analytic expressions for the amplified signal and measurement sensitivity.

Photonic Engineering Enables All‐Passive Upconversion Imaging with Low‐Intensity Near‐Infrared Light
A passive upconversion imaging system enables the observation of scenes illuminated by low‐intensity incoherent near‐infrared light from 750 to 930 nm, by converting it into the visible without the use of external power. The upconverter is enabled by triplet–triplet annihilation in a bulk heterojunction, with absorption enhanced by plasmonic resonators

Strain‐Activated Photo‐Dehalogenation Unlocks Low‐Energy One and Two‐Photon 3D Microfabrication
5,14‐NMI‐Cz acts, conversely to its 7,10‐NMI‐Cz(7,10‐'dibromo‐2‐(2,6‐diisopropylphenyl)‐1H‐benzo[lmn]carbazolo[9,1‐bc][2,8]phenanthroline‐1,3(2H)‐dione) counterpart, as modular photoinitiator with panchromatic photoactivity, featuring a weak C–Br bond from geometric strain for efficient Type I & II initiation. These studies demonstrate applicability of

A systematic analysis of parametric instabilities in nonlinear parabolic multimode fibers
We provide a systematic analysis of geometric parametric instabilities in nonlinear graded-index multimode fibers. Our approach implicitly accounts for self-focusing effects and considers dispersion processes to all orders. It is shown that the resulting
