Weighted Simultaneous Approximation of the Linear Combinations of Baskakov Operators
In this paper, the approximation property of the linear combinations of Baskakov operators is investigated by using a Jacobi weight function. Moreover, both the positive and inverse theorems for the weighted simultaneous approximation of the linear ...

High Order Approximation by Max-Product Operators [PDF]
Here we study the approximation of functions by a great variety of Max-Product operators under differentiability. These are positive sublinear operators. Our study is based on our general results about positive sublinear operators.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Conformable fractional approximation by max-product operators [PDF]
Here we study the approximation of functions by a big variety of Maxproduct operators under conformable fractional differentiability. These are positive sublinear operators. Our study is based on our general results about positive sublinear operators. We

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Generalized ψ-fractional approximation by sublinear operators [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the approximation of functions by sublinear positive operators with applications to several Max-Product operators under generalized fractional differentiability.

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
