This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Nonlinear Bivariate Bernstein–Chlodowsky Operators of Maximum Product Type
The positive nonlinear operators with maximum and product were introduced by Bede. In this study, nonlinear maximum product type of bivariate Bernstein–Chlodowsky operators is defined and the approximation properties are investigated with the help of new

Approximation theorems for positive operators on L-spaces
For \(T\in {\mathcal L}(L^ p(m),L^ r(n))\), where (X,\({\mathcal A},m)\) and (Y,\({\mathcal B},n)\) are \(\sigma\)-finite mesure spaces, let \(M(T)=\{f\in L^ p(m):\| Tf\| =\| T\| \| f\| \}\) and \(J(T)=\{\sup p f: f\in M(T)\}\). A linear bounded operator T is said to be positive (T\(\geq 0)\) if Tf\(\geq 0\) whenever \(f\geq 0\).

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

On the approximation of the principal eigenvalue for a class of nonlinear elliptic operators
We present a finite difference method to compute the principal eigenvalue and the corresponding eigenfunction for a large class of second order elliptic operators including notably linear operators in nondivergence form and fully nonlinear operators. The

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Caputo fractional approximation by sublinear operators
Here we consider the approximation of functions by sublinear positive operators with applications to a big variety of Max-Product operators under Caputo fractional differentiability. Our study is based on our general fractional results about positive

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.
