Multivariate and abstract approximation theory for Banach space valued functions
Here we study quantitatively the high degree of approximation of sequences of linear operators acting on Banach space valued Fréchet differentiable functions to the unit operator, as well as other basic approximations including those under convexity ...

We give a negative answer to the Newman--Shapiro problem on weighted approximation for entire functions formulated in 1966 and motivated by the theory of operators on the Fock space.

On Temple--Kato like inequalities and applications [PDF]
We give both lower and upper estimates for eigenvalues of unbounded positive definite operators in an arbitrary Hilbert space. We show scaling robust relative eigenvalue estimates for these operators in analogy to such estimates of current interest in ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Durrmeyer-Stancu type operators
Considering two given real parameters \(\alpha, \beta\) satisfying the conditions \(0\leq\alpha\leq\beta\), D. D. Stancu [7] constructed and studied the linear positive operators \(P^{(\alpha,\beta)}_m:C([0,1])\to C([0,1])\), defined for any \(f\in C([0 ...

Projective tensor products of approximation spaces associated with positive operators
In this paper the projective tensor products of approximation spaces associated with positive operators in Banach spaces are characterized. We show that the tensor products of approximation spaces can be considered as the interpolation spaces generated ...

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

This paper is concerned with approximation on variable Lρp(·) spaces associated with a general exponent function p and a general bounded Borel measure ρ on an open subset Ω of Rd. We mainly consider approximation by Bernstein type linear operators. Under

Long‐term hippocampal alterations and cognitive impairment in a murine model of surgical sepsis
Using a mouse model of surgical sepsis, we tested long‐term memory and analyzed the transcriptome of single cells isolated from the hippocampus. Survivor mice showed worse memory, loss of certain brain cell subpopulations, and abnormal immune cell activity—suggesting that post‐sepsis brain alterations may be linked to cognitive deficits.
