On one rational integral operator of Fourier – Chebyshev type and approximation of Markov functions
The purpose of this paper is to construct an integral rational Fourier operator based on the system of Chebyshev – Markov rational functions and to study its approximation properties on classes of Markov functions. In the introduction the main results of

Analyzing Vortex Light Beam Scattering Characteristics from a Random Rough Surface
The propagation and scattering of vortex light beams in complex media have significant implications in the fields of laser imaging, optical manipulation, and communication. This paper investigates the scattering characteristics of vortex light beams from

Effective R-Matrix Parameterizations for Nuclear Data* [PDF]
We derive an effective Reich-Moore approximation (RMA) of the Wigner-Eisenbud R-matrix formalism parameterized by complex-valued resonance energies and widths; this RMA exactly reproduces the total eliminated cross section.

Approximation of classes of Poisson integrals by Fejer means
The paper is devoted to the investigation of problem of approximation of continuous periodic functions by trigonometric polynomials, which are generated by linear methods of summation of Fourier series.

ABSTRACT Background Cerebellar ataxia after pediatric brain tumor treatment can cause persistent gait, balance, and speech impairment, yet no established rehabilitation strategy exists. Somato‐cognitive coordination therapy (SCCT) is a virtual reality–guided intervention designed to promote sensorimotor integration through visually constrained reaching

Polynomial approximations in the complex plane
The Lanczos \(\tau\)-method yields polynomial approximations for analytic functions which satisfy linear differential equations with polynomial coefficients. In particular, if the perturbation is proportional to the Faber or Chebyshev polynomials of a specific region G, then the method produces near-minimax polynomial approximations on G.

ABSTRACT Pediatric radiation therapy presents unique challenges compared to adult treatments, including those of immobilization, potential need for sedation, and the critical importance of accurate, reproducible positioning. Additionally, heightened attention to imaging doses is necessary to minimize long‐term toxicity in survivors.

The Faber polynomials for annular sectors and an application to the iterative solution of linear systems of equations [PDF]
A conformal mapping of the exterior of the unit circle to the exterior of a region of the complex plane determines the Faber polynomials for that region.
