Metabolomic profiling of the synergistic effects of melittin in combination with cisplatin on ovarian cancer cells [PDF]
Melittin, the main peptide present in bee venom, has been proposed as having potential for anticancer therapy; the addition of melittin to cisplatin, a first line treatment for ovarian cancer, may increase the therapeutic response in cancer treatment via

This study introduces a self‐supervised machine learning approach integrating physics‐based principles to estimate open‐circuit voltage (voc$$ {v}_{oc} $$) degradation in photovoltaic systems using SCADA data. By combining clustering and regression algorithms, our method detects performance deviations without labelled datasets.

Shaping expectations, losing flexibility: A study of CEO promises as strategic communication tools
Abstract Research Summary CEO promises are powerful but understudied communication tools. We develop a dual‐mechanism framework theorizing that while CEO promises elevate stakeholder expectations, they simultaneously constrain strategic flexibility. We argue that CEO promise‐making is shaped by two competing pressures: making more promises when the ...

The impact of p53 mutation on tumor immune evasion: mechanistic insights and clinical implications
Mutant p53(Mtp53) not only loses its canonical tumor-suppressive functions but also acquires oncogenic gain-of-function properties, positioning it as a central orchestrator in reshaping the tumor immune microenvironment.
