Photothermal, macroporous lignin‐based cryogels are engineered to convert sunlight into low‐grade heat. Integrated as stacked beds in a drum‐type device, a thin copper interlayer transfers waste heat between beds, enabling interlayer heat recovery and continuous solar cycling.

Amyloidogenic Peptide Fragments Designed From Bacterial Collagen‐like Proteins Form Hydrogel
This study identified amyloidogenic sequence motifs in bacterial collagen‐like proteins and exploited these to design peptides that self‐assemble into β‐sheet fibers and form hydrogels. One hydrogel supported healthy fibroblast growth, showing promise for biocompatible materials. Our work demonstrates that bacterial sequences can be harnessed to create

Multivariate fractional Poisson processes and compound sums
In this paper we present multivariate space-time fractional Poisson processes by considering common random time-changes of a (finite-dimensional) vector of independent classical (non-fractional) Poisson processes.

Oxygen and ROS Delivery for Infected Wound Healing and Future Prospects
Bacterial infection is a major driver of delayed wound healing and postsurgical readmissions; with rising antibiotic resistance, solid peroxide–releasing biomaterials offer sustained delivery of ROS/O2 for antimicrobial control and microenvironmental modulation.

APR-246 overcomes resistance to cisplatin and doxorubicin in ovarian cancer cells
Two main causes of platinum resistance are mutation in the tumor suppressor gene TP53 and drug-induced increase in intracellular glutathione concentration. Mutations in TP53 occur in about 50% of human tumors.

Strain Engineering of Magnetoresistance and Magnetic Anisotropy in CrSBr
Biaxial compressive strain significantly enhances magnetoresistance and critical saturation fields in thin flakes of the 2D magnet CrSBr, along all three crystallographic axes. First‐principles calculations link these effects to strain‐induced increases in exchange interactions and magnetic anisotropy.
