Risk Factors for Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Antiphospholipid Syndrome

open access: yesClinical and Experimental Obstetrics & Gynecology
Background: Pregnancy complications of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are up to 20–30%. It is of great value to identify well-recognized predictors of adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs) in APS.

Planet of the apes [PDF]

open access: yesCurrent Biology, 2005
What makes us humans so special? Our language, our genes, our culture, our cognitive skills? At the Max-Planck-Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig, psychologists, linguists and biologists tackle this old question in a truly multidisciplinary way. Their results have implications not just for our understanding of human evolution--they also

Epitope‐Resolved Digital SERS Profiling of Structurally Dynamic Antigens via a Multi‐Epitope Bispecific Antibody Framework

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multi‐epitope digital surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy framework enables epitope‐resolved immunoprofiling by integrating bispecific antibody fragments with spectrally encoded nanotags. This approach decouples binding events into independent digital channels, allowing structure‐aware antigen analysis.

Electrical‐Stimulation Hydrogel Electronic Skin for Sustainable Hybrid Biomechanical–Electromagnetic Energy Harvesting and Accelerating Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A hybrid biomechanical–electromagnetic energy‐harvesting e‐skin is developed using a gelatin‐based outer matrix with a zwitterionic conductive inner layer. The e‐skin autonomously generates stable electrical stimulation from daily body motion and ambient electronics, enabling significantly enhanced wound healing bothin vitro and in vivo.

Bridged h‐BN Nanosheets Coatings: Simultaneous Shielding Atomic‐Oxygen Irradiation and Achieving Superior Friction Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT To confront extreme space environments, a combination of inorganic and organic coatings can provide a pathway for offering highly durable radiation resistance and anti‐friction simultaneously. Herein, a strong interfacial 3D hydrogen‐bonding network is designed to create robust hexagonal boron nitride (h‐BN) based polymer coatings with ...
