Fortalecimento da Aquicultura regional com foco no desenvolvimento sustentável
O presente estudo teve por objetivo desenvolver e avaliar a aceitação de bolo de chocolate enriquecidos com proteína de peixe como forma de agregar qualidade nutricional a produtos de consumo cotidiano. Foram realizados testes pilotos para adequar a inclusão da proteína de peixe à formulação do bolo de chocolate.
