ABSTRACT Violae tianshanicae herba (VTH), a widely used crude drug in Uyghur medicine in China, is renowned for its immunomodulatory, anti‐inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, and antidiabetic activities, with notable efficacy in treating asthma. However, systematic research on its quality markers (Q‐markers) remains limited, underscoring the need ...

Suboccipital lateral injection of intrathecal chemotherapy in a patient with mantle cell lymphoma [PDF]
Background: Even today patients who suffer from mantle cell lymphoma have a poor prognosis, especially when the CNS is involved. To confirm the diagnosis of meningeosis lymphomatosa, asservation of the liquor cerebrospinalis is necessary.

HUCMSC‐Apo‐mvs enhance peripheral nerve repair by modulating the inflammatory microenvironment (IME), primarily through coordinated actions on three functional cells. They recruit macrophages and promote their polarization from pro‐inflammatory M1 to anti‐inflammatory M2 phenotypes, increasing secretion of IL‐10 and VEGF.

This study reveals that Schwann cell FDFT1‐mediated cholesterol synthesis is essential for peripheral nerve regeneration via dual roles: as a structural component for myelin and as a metabolic signal that upregulates IGF1. IGF1 promotes axonal growth through paracrine action and enhances Schwann cell differentiation/ myelination via an intrinsic IGF1R ...

Purine analog-like properties of bendamustine underlie rapid activation of DNA damage response and synergistic effects with pyrimidine analogues in lymphoid malignancies. [PDF]
Bendamustine has shown considerable clinical activity against indolent lymphoid malignancies as a single agent or in combination with rituximab, but combination with additional anti-cancer drugs may be required for refractory and/or relapsed cases as ...

Effect of natural antioxidants on TG2 expression levels and conformations. ABSTRACT Herein, we adopted a dual approach combining molecular modeling and biological studies, in order to assess the interaction between four selected natural antioxidants (NAs; berberine, curcumin, astaxanthin, indicaxanthin) and tissue transglutaminase (TG2) levels both in ...
