This chapter takes an in-depth approach to the interplay of skate video, memory, and (urban) space. The chapter begins with a discussion of memory and similar urban assemblages in two skate videos captured 25 years apart in San Francisco and Tampere (Finland). The second section engages with literature on archives and in an era of digital connectivity.
