Oxide‐Free Titanium Coatings by Wire Arc Spraying in a Silane‐Doped Inert Atmosphere
A silane‐doped argon atmosphere enables the production of oxide‐free titanium coatings via twin‐wire arc spraying at ambient pressure. This innovative approach eliminates residual oxygen, creating process conditions that prevent oxidation and nitride formation.

Simple DFS on the Complement of a Graph and on Partially Complemented Digraphs [PDF]
A complementation operation on a vertex of a digraph changes all outgoing arcs into non-arcs, and outgoing non-arcs into arcs. A partially complemented digraph $\widetilde{G}$ is a digraph obtained from a sequence of vertex complement operations on $G ...

Very recently the topological Weyl semimetal (WSM) state was predicted in the noncentrosymmetric compounds TaAs, TaP, NbAs, and NbP and soon led to photoemission and transport experiments to verify the presumed topological properties such as Fermi arcs ...

Classification and Construction of (k,3)-Arcs on Projective Plane Over Galois Field GF(7)
The purpose of this work is to study the classification and construction of (k,3)-arcs in the projective plane PG(2,7). We found that there are two (5,3)-arcs, four (6,3)-arcs, six (7,3)arcs, six (8,3)-arcs, seven (9,3)-arcs, six (10,3)-arcs and six ...

ARCS: Active Radar Cross Section for Multi-Radiator Problems in Complex EM Environments
In order to analyze the scattering properties in multi-radiator problems, the active radar cross section (ARCS) concept is proposed under complex electromagnetic (EM) environments.

Let \(C\) be an irreducible conic of \(\pi=\mathrm{PG}(2,q)\). Then the interior points of \(C\) together with \(C\) form a complete \(((q^ 2+q+2)/2,(q+3)/2))\)-arc, and the interior points together with one point of \(C\) form a complete \(((q^ 2-q+2)/2,(q+1)/2)\)-arc of \(\pi\).

Application of Raman and Photoluminescence Spectroscopy to MgO‐C Refractories
Visible to near infrared luminescence of MgO is studied on MgO‐C bricks and nominally pure MgO powder, with focus on two similar sharp high‐intensity signals, at 699 and 871 nm, each surrounded by symmetrical sidebands. The nature of these sidebands is investigated by temperature‐dependent spectroscopic measurements, confirming phonon involvement by ...

Broadband Meter-Wavelength Observations of Ionospheric Scintillation
Intensity scintillations of cosmic radio sources are used to study astrophysical plasmas like the ionosphere, the solar wind, and the interstellar medium. Normally these observations are relatively narrow band. With Low Frequency Array (LOFAR) technology

Arc-analyticity and polynomial arcs [PDF]
The author gives an elegant proof that for subanalytic functions the three notions of arc-analyticity, local blow-analyticity and analyticity on restriction to polynomial arcs coincide. The paper is short and very well written.
