The arithmetic-geometric mean inequality (I) [PDF]
The arithmetic-geometric mean inequality: √ab ≤ (a+b)/2, for a,b ≥ 0. The figure shows that (a+b)²-(a-b)²=4ab, therefore √ab = √[(a+b)²-(a-b)²]/4 ≤ √[(a+b)²]/4 = (a+b)/2Ensino Médio ...

In this work, low‐resolution infrared imaging is combined with a 28 nm FeFET IMC architecture to enable compact, energy‐efficient edge inference. MLC FeFET devices are experimentally characterized, and controlled multi‐level current accumulation is validated at crossbar array level.

Sharp bounds for the tangent mean by weighted power mean of arithmetic and geometric means
Using the monotonicity rules for the ratios of two functions (power series), the optimal bounds for the tangent mean in terms of weighted power means of arithmetic and geometric means are obtained.

Our work showcases an innovative approach to address fundamental challenge in AEMWE system by constructing NiFe(OH)x/PBSCF heterostructure via scalable and conformal surface engineering process. Electrical conductivity gradient in the heterostructure increases the OER kinetics by promoting charge transfer, while balancing cation dissolution and re ...

Factors for Absolute Weighted Arithmetic Mean Summability of Infinite Series
In this paper, we proved a general theorem dealing with absolute weighted arithmetic mean summability factors of infinite series under weaker conditions. We have also obtained some known results.

Second law of thermodynamics and arithmetic-mean-geometric-mean inequality [PDF]
The application of the second law of thermodynamics to a typical irreversible process of a thermally isolated system shows that the Arithmetic-mean-geometric-mean (AM-GM) inequality, a powerful mathematical inequality, follows logically from the second ...

When the River Runs Low: Heterogeneous Impacts of Transportation Disruptions on Local Grain Basis
ABSTRACT A substantial share of U.S. soybean and corn exports from the Midwest moves by barge along the Mississippi River system to export terminals in the Louisiana Gulf. Transportation costs between Midwestern grain elevators and export terminals create a wedge between prices at these locations, and shocks to these costs are partially passed on to ...

Abstract Transformer‐based molecular models pretrained on SMILES strings demonstrate strong performance in property prediction. However, these model often lack explicit integration of molecular surface charge distributions that govern intermolecular interactions such as hydrogen bonding and polarity.

This article investigates how persistent homology, persistent Laplacians, and persistent commutative algebra reveal complementary geometric, topological, and algebraic invariants or signatures of real‐world data. By analyzing shapes, synthetic complexes, fullerenes, and biomolecules, the article shows how these mathematical frameworks enhance ...
