Interaction With Virtual Objects Using Human Pose and Shape Estimation
Our AR system is composed of three modules that facilitate interactions between a real human and a virtual objects. In this AR boxing game, the user is interacting with the virtual punching bag. ABSTRACT In this article, we propose an AR system that facilitates a user's natural interaction with virtual objects in an augmented reality environment.

NePHIM: A Neural Physics‐Based Head‐Hand Interaction Model
Abstract Due to the increasing use of virtual avatars, the animation of head‐hand interactions has recently gained attention. To this end, we present a novel volumetric and physics‐based interaction simulation. In contrast to previous work, our simulation incorporates temporal effects such as collision paths, respects anatomical constraints, and can ...

Deep‐Learning‐Based Facial Retargeting Using Local Patches
Our approach retargets facial animations from a source performance video to stylized 3D characters using automatically extracted local patches, preserving the semantic meaning of the source expressions and ensuring accurate alignment despite significant differences in facial structures between the source and target models.
