Armendariz Semirings and Semicommutative Semirings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
In this paper we study Armendariz semiring, which has been introduced by V.Gupta and P.kumar, in the paper entitled `Armendariz and qusi-Armendariz and PS-semirings' [8].

Prevalence of Adverse Events in Mexico Using the Institute for Healthcare Improvement—Global Trigger Tool Method: A Retrospective Study

open access: yesJournal of Evaluation in Clinical Practice, Volume 32, Issue 2, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Rationale Globally, adverse events (AEs) are a major contributor to mortality, often arising from healthcare management rather than patients' underlying conditions. Aims and Objectives This study aimed to estimate the prevalence of AEs in three different hospitals in central‐north Mexico using the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Global ...

A NOTE ON QUASI-ARMENDARIZ RINGS A NOTE ON QUASI-ARMENDARIZ RINGS A NOTE ON QUASI-ARMENDARIZ RINGS [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
A ring R is called a quasi-Armendariz ring if whenever elements α = a 0 +a 1 x+a 2 x 2 +· · ·+a n x n , β = b 0 +b 1 x+b 2 x 2 +· · ·+b m x m ∈ R[x] satisfy αR[x]β = 0, then a i Rb j = 0 for each i, j.

RIGIDNESS AND EXTENDED ARMENDARIZ PROPERTY [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
For a ring endomorphism alpha of a ring R, Krempa called alpha a rigid endomorphism if a alpha(a) = 0 implies a = 0 for a is an element of R, and Hong et al. called R an alpha-rigid ring if there exists a rigid endomorphism alpha.

On Abelian Rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Let alpha be an endomorphism of an arbitrary ring R with identity In this note, we introduce the notion of alpha-abelian rings which generalizes abelian rings We prove that alpha-reduced rings, alpha-symmetric rings, alpha-semicommutative rings and alpha-

Nutrient Peak Shifts in the Arctic: Implications for Migratory Herbivores Under Climate Change

open access: yesJournal of Biogeography, Volume 53, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Aim Quantifying how the timing and spatial variability of Arctic vegetation nutrient peaks are projected to shift under climate change, and assessing potential consequences for migratory herbivores that rely on seasonal synchrony with peak plant quality. Location Circumpolar Arctic, with emphasis on tundra regions.

Solar Flare Activity, 1937–2024: Introducing the New Hemispheric Solar Flare Index (hSFI) in the Context of 2024's Major Solar Storm Events

open access: yesSpace Weather, Volume 23, Issue 11, November 2025.
Abstract A new daily composite of the solar flare index (SFI) and the hemispherically‐resolved versions (hSFI) are presented for 1937 to 2024. The data set confirms that the northern hemisphere (NH) dominated solar flare activity during Solar Cycles 17 to 21, but that the southern hemisphere has dominated from Solar Cycle 22 to present.

The Correlation Between Exposure to Violence and Parental Monitoring: Differences Between Mothers and Fathers From Palestinian–Israeli Families

open access: yesChild &Family Social Work, Volume 30, Issue 4, Page 657-668, November 2025.
ABSTRACT In this study, I investigated the correlations between retrospectively reported experiences of child abuse in the family‐of‐origin and exposure to community violence as adults on parental monitoring among Palestinian–Israeli parents. A sample of 760 parents (453 mothers, 59.6%) participated in the study.
