Electrodynamics of periodic arrays of carbon nanotubes
2009 11th International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks, 2009In this paper electromagnetic properties of periodic arrays of single-wall metallic carbon nanotubes (CNs) are presented. Semiclassical model, based on periodic Green's function, which takes into account electromagnetic interaction between nanotubes, is developed.

Carbon Nanotube Array Immunosensor Development [PDF]
This paper describes the development of a label-free immunosensor using carbon nanotube array electrodes. Highly aligned multi-walled carbon nanotubes were grown by chemical vapor deposition using a metallic catalyst, Fe/Al 2 O 3 /SiO 2 , On Si wafers.

Carbon nanotube arrays were prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of hydrocarbon gas on various substrates. The effect of substrates on the growth, morphology and structure of carbon nanotubes were investigated. Aligned carbon nanotubes with high density and purity were achieved by CVD on bulk silica substrate.
