The Impact of Lower Extremity Mechanical Axis Alignment on the Success of Platelet‐Rich Plasma Injections in Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

This illustration summarizes the study design and findings on knee osteoarthritis patients with varying varus alignment receiving PRP injections. Significant clinical improvements (VAS ↓, KOOS ↑) were seen in those with mild alignment deviations, while patients with severe varus deformities showed limited benefits.
