This study presents a conductive‐piezoelectric integrated microstructured conduit for peripheral nerve regeneration. Donor‐derived tdTomato+ mature hepatocytes were FACS‐isolated and transplanted into Fah−/− host mice. During regeneration, these cells convert into proliferative, unipotent Afp+ rHeps.
