AbstractPeripherally hexaarylated subporphyrazines (SubPzs) have been prepared through a Pd‐catalyzed, CuTC‐mediated coupling of a hexaethylsulfanylated subporphyrazine with arylboronic acids. The introduced aryl substituents strongly influence the electronic properties of the subporphyrazine through effective conjugative interaction.
