A Rare Case of Necrotising Sarcoid Granulomatosis Presenting as Bilateral Pulmonary Masses Mimicking Malignancy

A 50‐year‐old man presented with bilateral pulmonary masses mimicking metastatic malignancy. Histology confirmed necrotising sarcoid granulomatosis, and corticosteroid therapy led to complete radiological resolution.
