Rigid bronchoscopy was intubated to remove the foreign body. Attempted grasping with flexible forceps, but the prosthesis was easily dropped due to insufficient grip strength. Successful retrieval was performed using rigid grasping forceps. Removed foreign body was demonstrated dental prosthesis (metal core post with attached crown).
