Here we are presenting a case of a 21-years-old female with bilateral chylothorax, chylopericardium and chylous ascites all together finally diagnosed to have NHL as the etiology. Hepaticogastrostomy drainage via endoscopic ultrasound (EUS‐HGS) is a newer technique for biliary decompression in cases of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) failure for malignant biliary obstruction (MBO).
