A Geometrically Transient Platform for Bioelectronic Implants

Minimally invasive bioelectronic implants often compromise performance for smaller sizes. To resolve this optimization dilemma, a wireless bioelectronic implant with a transient geometry is introduced (MiFi). The origami‐inspired device miniaturizes up to sixfold for syringe insertion and autonomously unfolds post‐implantation.

Parallel Multi‐Operand Addition Using CPA‐Trees and Carry‐Select Adders

International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, Volume 54, Issue 10, Page 5140-5147, October 2026.
A balanced parallel CPA‐tree architecture with CSLA reduces the critical‐path delay of multi‐operand addition while preserving structural regularity. ASIC results demonstrate delay reductions of up to 34% with low area overhead, providing an efficient and scalable solution for high‐performance arithmetic.

The acid‐sensing ion channel 3 (ASIC3), physiologically located in the peripheral nervous system, was found in stem cells of CNS‐located glioblastoma multiforme (GBM CSCs); its chronic activation in the CNS kills dysfunctional GBM CSCs with no effect on ASIC3‐lacking CNS tissues.
