MoS2/Graphene Floating‐Gate Transistor Toward Non‐Volatile Memory and High‐Precision Synaptic Operations

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 17, 7 September 2026.
The synaptic behavior of MoS2/graphene floating‐gate structures is shown. A subthreshold slope of 25 mV/decade, a high current ON/OFF ratio of 1010$^{10}$ with sub‐nanowatt power consumption are achieved. The programming–erasing time is approximately 11 ns, a memory window of 5.9 V, and a projected 10‐year retention of 91%.

Independence of Thermal, Pasting, and Gelling Properties From Particle Size in Cereal Flours Across Heating Temperatures

open access: yesCereal Chemistry, Volume 103, Issue 5, Page 799-811, September/October 2026.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives This study investigated how particle size influenced pasting and gelling behaviors of cereal flours across a wide range of heating temperatures. Hard wheat, soft wheat, oats, barley, and rye were milled into flours using 0.5‐, 1.0‐, or 2.0‐mm screens, and the resulting flours were subjected to heating over 95°C–140°C ...

Longitudinal Serum Uric Acid Variation and Risk of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events and Mortality: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesClinical Cardiology, Volume 49, Issue 9, September 2026.
A systematic review and meta‐analysis of six cohort studies (160 640 participants) demonstrated that greater longitudinal serum uric acid variability was independently associated with increased risks of all‐cause mortality, cardiovascular disease, cardiovascular mortality, and heart failure‐related outcomes.
