The mechanism by which nitrate inhibits nitrogen fixation in soybean (Glycine max L.) is not fully understood. Accumulation of ureide in soybean plant tissues may regulate the nitrogen fixation capacity through a feedback pathway.

Our study employed an integrated lipidomics and metabolomics approach to elucidate Helicobacter pylori‐driven metabolic perturbations along the gut–brain axis. H. pylori infection was established in gastric epithelial (AGS) cells, and the resulting conditioned media (secretome) was collected and exposed to neuronal (IMR‐32) cells.

This article comprehensively reviews engineered intratumoral bacteria used in tumor therapy. The concept development, characteristics, and engineering methods of intratumoral bacteria are summarized. The mechanisms and the translational significance by which engineered intratumoral bacteria interfere with tumor progression are discussed and highlighted.
