Repeated testing of under dome astroclimate of AZT-33 telescope

Based on the results of repeated measurements of under dome airstreams parameters of the AZT-33 telescope, some conclusions have been drawn, allowing improvement in quality of astronomic images in the telescope. After fulfillment of a part of recommended works, changes of under dome climate were compared with the measurements of 2005.

Studying the astroclimate at Baikal Astrophysical Observatory by optical methods

A technique is proposed for measuring astroclimate characteristics of the Baikal Astrophysical Observatory (BAO) by analysis of the quality of images obtained at a full Sun phase telescope. To estimate the image quality, a modified statistical information “optimal window” algorithm is used.
