Modeling the shadow and ring structures of rotating Hayward black holes under magnetic charge and accretion influences

Interplanetary Electric Fields for Extreme Magnetic Storms

Abstract Using a list of sudden‐commencement storms, the ring‐current index, and 1‐h near‐Earth solar‐wind measurements from solar cycles 20–25, we develop extreme‐value statistical models relating storm intensity D=max{−Dst} $D=\max \left\{-Dst\right\}$ to the storm main‐phase maximum duskward interplanetary electric field E $E$.

Simultaneous TRACERS and THEMIS Observations of Reversed Cusp Ion Dispersions and Dual‐Lobe Reconnection

Abstract We present observations from two consecutive TRACERS‐2 orbits through the northern low‐altitude cusp. During the first crossing, TRACERS‐2 observed reversed cusp ion dispersion and sunward convection, consistent with magnetopause reconnection tailward of the cusp during this northward IMF interval.

GRB 241030A: A bright afterglow challenging forward shock emission

Unraveling the Fine‐Scale Tapestry of Solar Wind at 1AU

Abstract Solar wind is a complex network of distinct magnetic flux tubes, each contained and separated by a current sheet. In this study, more than 50,000 current sheets in the solar wind are identified and characterized for the first time, using multi‐point Cluster observations during solar minimum and maximum intervals.
