ABSTRACT Electron acceleration by a high‐power Laguerre‐Gaussian pulse in a micro‐plasma waveguide is investigated. When the incident laser travels in the waveguide, electrons on the wall are extracted into the vacuum core and accelerated by the longitudinal field of the waveguide mode.

Ag Nanowire‐Integrated MoS2/ZnO Heterojunctions for Highly Efficient Photogenerated Charge Transfer
A versatile strategy is reported for fabricating multi‐dimensional heterojunctions with significantly improved charge transfer capability. By integrating Ag nanowires with a MoS2/ZnO heterojunction, a fourfold increase in surface photovoltage is achieved, reaching 200 mV under visible light illumination.

Oxygen Vacancies Driven Photoconductivity in Layered Cobaltite Epitaxial Films
ABSTRACT Understanding photoinduced phenomena in complex oxides is crucial for developing next‐generation optoelectronic devices. Here, we report pronounced ultraviolet (UV) light‐induced photoconductivity in epitaxial PrBa1‐xCaxCo2O5+δ (x = 0.5) thin films grown on (001) LSAT substrates via pulsed laser deposition.
