Topology and its Applications, 2008 Let \(X\) be a real vector space. A mapping \(q : X \to [0, \infty)\) is called an asymmetric norm and \((X,q)\) an asymmetric normed space if it satisfies, for all \(x,y \in X\) and \(a \geq 0\), the conditions \(q(a x) = a q(x),\; q(x+y) \leq q(x) + q(y)\), and \(q(x) = q(-x) = 0\) only for \(x = 0\).

A Dual‐Branch Flux‐Based Extended Memristor Model With Machine‐Learning‐Assisted Calibration
Advanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.Multilayer oxide memristors integrated in crossbar arrays are described through a dual‐branch, flux‐controlled compact model. A three‐stage calibration workflow combining Latin hypercube sampling, Bayesian optimization, and gradient‐based refinement extracts device parameters from experimental data.

Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.Multiscale perspectives on how excess charges in soft lead halide perovskites induce operational instability in photovoltaic devices are presented. From Swarm to Individual: Emergent Individuality in Light‐Mediated Robot Collectives
Advanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.Can individuality emerge from a swarm? Using nominally homogeneous phototactic robots, we show that collective light conditions reorganize robot‐level behavioral profiles. Global illumination amplifies persistent differences in state occupancy, while robot‐mounted local light cues reduce fixed differentiation and favor transient high‐switching profiles.
