On the asymptotic optimality of the randomized linear program for network revenue management
For network revenue management problems, it is known that the bid prices computed through the so-called deterministic linear program are asymptotically optimal as the capacities on the flight legs and the expected numbers of product requests increase ...

ABSTRACT Double/debiased machine learning (DML) uses for estimating an average treatment effect (ATE) a double‐robust score function that relies on the prediction of nuisance functions, such as the propensity score, which is the probability of treatment assignment given covariates.

A Joint Test of Unconfoundedness and Common Trends
ABSTRACT We introduce an overidentification test of two alternative assumptions to identify the average treatment effect on the treated in a two‐period panel data setting: unconfoundedness and common trends. Under unconfoundedness, treatment assignment and post‐treatment outcomes are independent, conditional on control variables and pre‐treatment ...

This study compared Premier Resolution HPLC with Capillary Electrophoresis for detecting HbCS/Hb Paksé variants and coexisting thalassemia mutations. Premier Resolution HPLC demonstrated superior performance with 50% fewer false negative cases (11 vs. 22) compared to Capillary Electrophoresis, particularly in heterozygous cases.

Fractional List Packing for Layered Graphs
ABSTRACT The fractional list packing number χ ℓ • ( G ) ${\chi }_{\ell }^{\bullet }(G)$ of a graph G $G$ is a graph invariant that has recently arisen from the study of disjoint list‐colourings. It measures how large the lists of a list‐assignment L : V ( G ) → 2 N $L:V(G)\to {2}^{{\mathbb{N}}}$ need to be to ensure the existence of a “perfectly ...
