Comparing of Switching Frequency on Vector Controlled Asynchronous Motor

open access: yesInternational Journal on Soft Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Applications, 2014
Nowadays, asynchronous motors have wide range use in many industrial applications. Field oriented control (FOC) and direct torque control (DTC) are commonly used methods in high performance vector control for asynchronous motors. Therefore, it is very important to identify clearly advantages and disadvantages of both systems in the selection of ...

Accounting for the effects of saturation of magnetic circuits for the mechanical characteristics of asynchronous traction engines

open access: yesTrudy Odesskogo Politehničeskogo Universiteta, 2014
The tangential and radial dynamic inductances on properties of asynchronous traction motors are investigated. Possibility of using the method of dynamic inductances at construction of mathematical model of asynchronous traction motor is shown.

Phase‐Resolved Defect Transport Mechanisms Governing Asynchronous Ordering in a Eutectic High‐Entropy Alloy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Phase‐resolved experiments and atomistic simulations reveal asynchronous ordering behaviors in a eutectic high‐entropy alloy during isothermal annealing. Distinct defect transport mechanisms are identified in coexisting B2 and BCC phases, showing that vacancy and interstitial mediated diffusion governs phase‐dependent thermal stability.
