A 76‐year‐old man with extensive‐stage SCLC presented with obstructive jaundice from pancreatic metastasis and a pathological femoral fracture. Multidisciplinary management, including biliary stenting and hemiarthroplasty, improved his performance status, enabling systemic chemotherapy.

SMARCA4‐Deficient Undifferentiated Thoracic Tumor: Clinical Features and Prognosis of a Case Series and Literature Review

Our manuscript presents detailed presentations of case series of thoracic SMARCA4‐UT, and we report a unique case of diaphragmatic metastases and, interestingly, the occurrence of brain metastasis in one patient, which is a rare phenomenon in SMARCA4‐UT.

IR promotes hepatic lipid accumulation, inflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction, accelerating MASLD progression to fibrosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
