ATLAS/ti AND CONTENT/SEMIOTIC ANALYSIS IN TOURISM RESEARCH

Tourism Analysis, 2003
After defining content/semiotic analysis and noting some of its general merits and disadvantages, this article outlines its principal applications in tourism research. Since this type of investigation seems to be reluctant to take advantage of computer-assisted software, the case for its greater adoption is explored. Attention focuses on Atlas/ti and a

Considering Abductive Thematic Network Analysis with ATLAS-ti 6.2

2013
Social research carried out through the use of new media technologies can generate large volumes of qualitative data. A systematic and rigorous approach is therefore important in analysing large volumes of qualitative data. Computer-aided qualitative data analysis programmes—such as Atlas-ti 6.2—have managed to facilitate the process of data analysis ...

Ba- and Ti-rich oxymica from nephelinites in the Middle Atlas Volcanic Province, northern Morocco

open access: yesMineralogy and Petrology, 2019
A Ba- and Ti-rich mica (up to 14.0 wt% BaO and 13.1 wt% TiO2) occurs in nephelinites from the Middle Atlas Volcanic Province, Morocco. The rocks show a porphyritic texture composed of olivine, Ti-rich augite, nepheline and Ti-rich magnetite. Oxyphlogopite is found in secondary assemblages consisting of zeolites, clinopyroxene and Ti-oxides.
