Cancer stem cells (CSCs) in non‐small cell lung cancer display pronounced plasticity and spatial heterogeneity. By integrating single‐cell and spatial transcriptomics, this study defines a DSG2‐associated CSC program and reveals a tumor‐margin niche formed with FAP+ myofibroblasts.

Despite the gradual spreading of use of QDA software in quantitative surveys, there have been few reports that indicate conformance with methodology. Therefore this study used Atlas.ti from the methodological standpoint of M-GTA, and analyzed recovery process of persons with schizophrenia on the basis of participant observation data.

The Irgm1‐PDIA3 axis enhances post‐infarction cardiac repair by accelerating neutrophil clearance and facilitating efferocytosis. Irgm1 holds potential as a prognostic biomarker in MI, and LOC14 may represent a therapeutic option to improve cardiac repair, especially in cases of Irgm1 deficiency.
