The mitochondrial genome analysis of Trypetoptera punctulata (Diptera: Sciomyzidae)

open access: yesMitochondrial DNA. Part B. Resources, 2019
The mitochondrial genome of Trypetoptera punctulate Scopoli, 1763, the first representative of Sciomyzidae, was sequenced and annotated. And we used this new nucleotide information under Maximum Likelihood analyses to explore the superfamilies ...

The clinical features and genetic characteristics of MT-ATP6-related mitochondrial disease: a national, observational study [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Importance: Mutations in the mitochondrial MT-ATP6 gene are an important cause of mitochondrial disease. Phenotypes related to these mutations include Leigh syndrome (LS), and the syndrome of neuropathy, ataxia, and retinitis pigmentosa (NARP); however ...

Hereditary spastic paraplegia-like disorder due to a mitochondrial ATP6 gene point mutation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Hereditary spastic paraplegia refers to a genetically heterogeneous syndrome. We identified five members of a family suffering from a late-onset spastic paraplegia-like disorder, carrying the homoplasmic m.9176 T>C mutation in the mitochondrial ATP6 ...

Comparison of efficiency in different types of SNPs in accD and atp6 gene detected by ORG-EcoTILLING and DNA sequencing.

open access: yes, 2012
*indicated that the reference sample was A64 and A24 in accD gene and atp6 gene, respectively. “+” indicated that there was an intense band visualized by ORG-EcoTIILLING. “−” indicated that there was no intense band detected by ORG-EcoTIILLING.
