Using a factorial sweep of ultrasound fundamental and pulse repetition frequencies, we built a parametric electrophysiological–transcriptomic map of MscL‐G22S‐mediated hippocampal neuromodulation, providing reference data for precision, parameter‐aware ultrasound neuromodulation.
