Efficacy and Safety of the Sync‐AV II Temporary Cardiac Pacing Catheter (EASY II Trial)
ABSTRACT Background Cardiac pacing is crucial for patients with hemodynamically unstable bradyarrhythmias. For most indications, transvenous pacemakers are used to pace the right ventricle, causing atrioventricular dyssynchrony, which may lead to significant hemodynamic compromise.

First Report on Atrial Leadless Pacing in an Extra‐Cardiac Fontan Patient
Abstract No reports on atrial leadless pacing have been demonstrated in patients with the extra‐cardiac Fontan palliation. We present a case of a patient with an extra‐cardiac Fontan and an alternative to pacing for symptomatic bradycardia in the setting of sinus node dysfunction.

ABSTRACT Background Catheter ablation is an established therapy for atrial fibrillation (AF), with thermal ablation as a standard modality. Pulsed‐field ablation (PFA) is a nonthermal alternative that selectively ablates myocardium while sparing collateral tissue. Its comparative autonomic impact relative to thermal ablation remains unclear.

ABSTRACT Background Permanent pacing in pediatric patients is complicated by small body size, vascular access limitations, and the need for durable long‐term management. Leadless pacemakers offer an emerging alternative that minimizes infection and lead‐related complications, yet vascular access remains a key challenge in young patients.
