阴道炎(Vaginitis)是指阴道黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织发生炎症,以外阴瘙痒、灼痛、分泌物增多、异味明显等为主要临床表现[1];目前已成为女性生殖器炎症中最常见的一类疾病,估计50%以上的妇女至少发生过一次以上[2]。根据发病原因的不同,可以分为感染性阴道炎(Infectious vaginitis)、刺激性阴道炎(Irritant vaginitis)和萎缩性阴道炎(Atrophic vagini-tis)3种类型,其中感染性阴道炎占到90%以上[3]。
