Microstructure Reconstruction in Battery Electrodes Using Machine Learning Based on Low‐Voltage Focused Ion Beam–Scanning Electron Microscopy Tomography Images

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Low‐voltage FIB‐SEM tomography combined with a image preprocessing pipeline improves phase contrast and enables reliable machine‐learning segmentation of conductive networks in lithium‐ion battery electrodes. Structural descriptors are extracted from segmented images, done semimanually and automated, and compared.

Intervention Mechanisms of Different Attentional Bias Modification Methods on Individuals with Different Baseline Attentional Bias Patterns

open access: yes
This study will explore the mechanisms through which different attentional bias modification (ABM) methods affect individuals with varying characteristics, with a focus on attentional bias components, engagement and disengagement.

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Orienting bias towards electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) cues

open access: yesAddictive Behaviors Reports
Background: Abnormal attentional biases for tobacco cues have been observed in the dot-probe task. With a recent increase in electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) use, researchers have investigated the effect of ENDS use on early and later stages ...

Attentional blink: The most sensitive task to assess attentional bias?

open access: yes, 2015
Background and objectives: Socially anxious individuals have been found to have an attentional bias towards threats. It is hoped that computerized tasks can be used in attention bias modification (ABM) as a treatment resources for socially anxious people.

Intergenerational transmission of attentional bias and anxiety

open access: yes, 2019
Earlier evidence has revealed a bi-directional causal relationship between anxiety and attention biases in adults and children. This study investigated the prospective and concurrent relations between anxiety and attentional bias in a sample of 89 ...

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

Personality and attention bias in adults with a history of childhood trauma, and attenuating effects of mu-opioid agonist buprenorphine on attention bias

open access: yes, 2011
The current study compared personality characteristics and cognitive functioning (specifically, attentional bias) in a sample of adults who had experienced childhood trauma (the Trauma group) and a matched healthy control group.
