Stretching the Printability Metric in Direct‐Ink Writing with Highly Extensible Yield‐Stress Fluids
This study introduces “drawability” as a new metric for assessing printability in direct‐ink writing, focusing on gap‐spanning performance and speed robustness. By designing yield‐stress fluids with high extensibility, we demonstrate that extensional strain‐to‐break significantly enhances printability.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Soft-Core Attractive Model Fluid: Structure, Thermodynamics and Inter-colloidal Solvation Force † [PDF]
Canonical and grand canonical Monte Carlo simulations are used to study a system of spherical particles interacting via a discontinuous potential combining a repulsive square soft core and an attractive square well.

Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

Investigating haptic assistive interfaces for motion impaired users: force-channels and competitive attractive-basins [PDF]
Following a pilot study that suggested that force-feedback gravity wells could, under certain conditions, lead to 20- 50% improvements in time to target in a selection task, a series of experiments further investigated the potential for enhancement ...

Molecular Adsorbing Host•Guest (MAHG) Crystals: A New Paradigm for Porous Materials?
Networking! Introduction of guest molecules in macrocycles before crystallization profoundly influences the material obtained in terms of structure and function. Beside simplicity and porous space improvement, this approach is endowed with a huge potential given the myriad of potential guest molecules that can be used to tune this burgeoning class of ...
