Selection of Energy Trading Platform for Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Energy Trading by Using a Multi-Attribute Decision-Making Approach Based on Bipolar Fuzzy Aczel-Alsina Prioritized Aggregation Operators

open access: yesIEEE Access
The selection of the proper P2P energy trading platform is a complicated multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) dilemma that involves evaluating different alternatives against various attribute.

An Algorithm for Selecting Clustering Attribute using Significance of Attributes

open access: yesInternational Journal of Database Theory and Application, 2013
There are fewer techniques to group objects having similar characteristics deal with categorical data ,but some are of them be complicated in the clustering process while others have stability issues. In this paper we represent a new technique which it be more easier than the other techniques in computing the selecting clustering attribute process and ...

Feasibility of a ctDNA multigenic panel for non‐small‐cell lung cancer early detection and disease surveillance

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Plasma‐based detection of actionable mutations is a promising approach in lung cancer management. Analysis of ctDNA with a multigene NGS panel identified TP53, KRAS, and EGFR as the most frequently altered, with TP53 and KRAS in treatment‐naïve patients and TP53 and EGFR in previously treated patients.

Screening for lung cancer: A systematic review of overdiagnosis and its implications

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Low‐dose computed tomography (CT) screening for lung cancer may increase overdiagnosis compared to no screening, though the risk is likely low versus chest X‐ray. Our review of 8 trials (84 660 participants) shows added costs. Further research with strict adherence to modern nodule management strategies may help determine the extent to which ...

CDK11 inhibition induces cytoplasmic p21WAF1 splice variant by p53 stabilisation and SF3B1 inactivation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.

Some generalized Pythagorean 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean operators in multiple attribute decision making

open access: yesJournal of Algorithms & Computational Technology, 2018
Green supply chain management is a strategy which strengthens and integrates environmental consideration into whole supply chain. The green strategic supplier plays an important role in the implementation of green supply chain strategy.

Reduced vascular leakage correlates with breast carcinoma T regulatory cell infiltration but not with metastatic propensity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

Cytoplasmic p21 promotes stemness of colon cancer cells via activation of the NFκB pathway

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytoplasmic p21 promotes colorectal cancer stem cell (CSC) features by destabilizing the NFκB–IκB complex, activating NFκB signaling, and upregulating BCL‐xL and COX2. In contrast to nuclear p21, cytoplasmic p21 enhances spheroid formation and stemness transcription factor CD133.
