Attributed Graph Embedding Based on Attention with Cluster

open access: yesMathematics, 2022
Graph embedding is of great significance for the research and analysis of graphs. Graph embedding aims to map nodes in the network to low-dimensional vectors while preserving information in the original graph of nodes.

Multiplex network infomax: Multiplex network embedding via information fusion

open access: yesDigital Communications and Networks, 2023
For networking of big data applications, an essential issue is how to represent networks in vector space for further mining and analysis tasks, e.g., node classification, clustering, link prediction, and visualization.

Attributed Bipartite Network Representation Learning

open access: yesJisuanji kexue yu tansuo, 2021
Existing network embedding models are mostly designed for homogeneous networks or heterogeneous networks, but ignore the special features of bipartite network which arise in recommender systems, search engines, question answering systems and so on ...

Attributed Network Embedding for Incomplete Attributed Networks

open access: yes, 2018
Attributed networks are ubiquitous since a network often comes with auxiliary attribute information e.g. a social network with user profiles. Attributed Network Embedding (ANE) has recently attracted considerable attention, which aims to learn unified low dimensional node embeddings while preserving both structural and attribute information.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Joint embedding of structure and features via graph convolutional networks

open access: yesApplied Network Science, 2020
The creation of social ties is largely determined by the entangled effects of people’s similarities in terms of individual characters and friends. However, feature and structural characters of people usually appear to be correlated, making it difficult ...

Influential Attributed Communities via Graph Convolutional Network (InfACom-GCN)

open access: yesInformation, 2022
Community search is a basic problem in graph analysis. In many applications, network nodes have certain properties that are important for the community to make sense of the application; hence, attributes are associated with nodes to capture their ...

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.
