ANZ Journal of Surgery, EarlyView.In a feasibility study at an Australian teaching hospital, women showed a clear preference for VAB Ex over surgical breast biopsy. The clinical outcomes confirm the safety and effectiveness of this approach. Overall, 90% of women had benign VAB Ex findings and did not require SBB, creating capacity in the healthcare system.
