Recovery of auditory comprehension in aphasics.

失語症者の聴覚的理解力の回復過程について,脳血管障害性失語症者22例 (全例右利き,左脳損傷) の発症後6ヵ月以降の経過を検討した.標準失語症検査 (SLTA) および失語症7段階評価を指標として用い,以下の知見を得た.    (1) 発症後6ヵ月目で認められた聴覚的理解力の障害は,重症度を変えることなく発症後1年半~2年目まで継続する例が多く,発症後6ヵ月目の評価が,予後推測上重要であると考えられた.    (2) 発症後6ヵ月以降,重症度を変える程の改善はほとんどの症例で認められなかったものの,SLTA 成績および失語症7段階評価上の改善は認められた.
