DLP 4D Printing of Programmable Molecularly‐Engineered Liquid Crystal Elastomer Actuators
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We introduce an original and versatile approach for printing liquid crystal elastomers that exhibit reversible shape morphing using digital light processing. 3D‐tructures are printed in a partially cured state, mechanically programmed, and then fully crosslinked to fix molecular alignment.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A genome‐wide CRISPR screen and identifies PIK3CA as a key regulator of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) uptake is performed. Modulating PIK3CA with small‐molecule inhibitor BAY1082439 enhanced LNP uptake, siRNA delivery, and gene silencing in a variety of epithelial cells, and improved therapeutic outcomes in vivo.

The MXene framework scavenges postoperative ROS and converts NIR light into mild hyperthermia, while the Cu‐MOF component provides pH/NIR‐responsive Cu2+ dosing for infection control, angiogenesis, and chondrogenesis.
