MULTILINGUALISM IN EU LAW: HOW PROMULGATION AUTHENTICATES EQUALITY

open access: yesComparative Legilinguistics, 2010
EU law currently applies to 27 countries and is available in 23 languages which all carry equal status. In practice, this is achieved though translation and by the work of the DGT (Directorate General Translation), which hosts the largest translation service in the world. But from a legal point of view, translation is institutionally ‘non-existent’ and

A Unifying Approach to Self‐Organizing Systems Interacting via Conservation Laws

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
The article develops a unified way to model and analyze self‐organizing systems whose interactions are constrained by conservation laws. It represents physical/biological/engineered networks as graphs and builds projection operators (from incidence/cycle structure) that enforce those constraints and decompose network variables into constrained versus ...

Large Language Model‐Based Chatbots in Higher Education

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2025.
The use of large language models (LLMs) in higher education can facilitate personalized learning experiences, advance asynchronized learning, and support instructors, students, and researchers across diverse fields. The development of regulations and guidelines that address ethical and legal issues is essential to ensure safe and responsible adaptation

MusicSwarm: Biologically Inspired Intelligence for Music Composition

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Biologically inspired swarms of frozen foundation models self‐organize to compose complex music without fine‐tuning. By coordinating through stigmergic signals, decentralized agents dynamically evolve specialized roles and adapt to solve complex tasks.

Material‐Based Intelligence: Autonomous Adaptation and Embodied Computation in Physical Substrates

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This perspective formulates a unifying framework for Material‐Based Intelligence (MBI), defining the physical requirements for materials to achieve embodied action, active memory and embodied information processing through intrinsic nonequilibrium dynamics. The design of intelligent materials often draws parallels with the complex adaptive behaviors of

Rad concept: authentic evidence women's specialties in Islamic heritage law

open access: yesUlul Albab: Jurnal Studi dan Penelitian Hukum Islam, 2020
Basically, Islam is a religion explains existence of equivalents and parallelization between man and woman which placed woman in a fair position to get her rights in social, economy, politic, and Islamic inheritance law. This study aims to answer gender bias in the manner of describing woman uniqueness in rad concept by Islamic inheritance law.

Nonviral Gold Nanoparticle‐Mediated Delivery of CRISPR‐Cas9 Ribonucleoprotein and Long DNA Transgenes Into Primary Blood Cells

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
CRISPR/Cas9 has revolutionized the field of gene therapy, but delivery remains an outstanding issue. We propose a nonviral gold‐nanoparticle platform for co‐delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein and long 2.1 kilobase dsDNA transgene constructs. This CRISPR‐AuNP is inexpensive to produce and mediate gene editing and DNA delivery in T cells and CD34+

Impact of Cattaneo–Christov Heat and Mass Flux on MHD Hybrid Nanofluid Flow Over an Extending Surface With Convective and Mass Flux Effects

open access: yesAsia-Pacific Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the flow of a magnetized hybrid nanofluid over a permeable stretching surface. The mass and thermal transport within the system is regulated using the Cattaneo–Christov flux theory. The fluid is additionally subjected to thermophoresis, chemical reaction, Brownian motion, and activation energy effects.
