A Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Model That Describes Neurofilament Light Dynamics During Alzheimer's Disease Progression

open access: yesCPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Neurofilament proteins are important constituents of neuronal cytoskeleton, along with microtubules. An increased concentration of neurofilament light (NfL) protein in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma is considered a potential biomarker of axonal degeneration, which occurs in various neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease

Leveraging Blockchain and Smart Contracts to Combat Greenwashing in Sustainable Development

open access: yesSustainable Development, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Blockchain technology, when combined with smart contracts, enables buyers to distinguish between greenwashed and genuinely eco‐friendly products. The presence of counterfeit items can severely impact supply chains by diminishing brand value, eroding consumer confidence, and undermining market trust.

Probing the Dynamics of Plasmon–Molecule Hybrid Systems via Ultrafast Spectroscopy

open access: yesSmall Structures, EarlyView.
This study explores charge dynamics in plasmon–molecule hybrid systems using ultrafast transient absorption spectroscopy. Functionalizing gold nanoparticles with aromatic thiols, the work reveals that solvent‐dependent phonon–phonon relaxation times serve as sensitive indicators of electronic hybridization.
