Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.OX40 and OX40L are a co‐stimulatory immune checkpoint pair. Modulation of this pair impacts multiple immune phenotypes and is an attractive target for immunotherapy in dermatological disorders.
