Automated defect disposition with AIMS AutoAnalysis

Photomask Technology, 2017
The ongoing trend to smaller structures and an increasing number of high MEEF patterns in mask design makes defect disposition and repair verification more critical than ever. For AIMS™ as the standard method for defect disposition and repair verification, the requirements are getting tighter.

Simultaneous autoanalysis of calcium and phosphorus

Analytical Biochemistry, 1966
Abstract A method is described for the simultaneous autoanalysis of calcium and phosphorus in plasma or in ashed materials. Calcium is determined using plasmocorinth B in alkaline solution. Phosphorus is determined by reduction of the phosphomolybdate complex with 1-amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid (N-4 method).

Autoanalysis system for stroboscopic holographic interferometry

SPIE Proceedings, 1998
In this paper, an analysis theory of real-time stroboscopic holographic interferometry with fringe drift counting technique is discussed. Based on the theory, a real-time auto- analysis system for stroboscopic interferometry is researched. The system can be used to analyzing object's vibration.

Productivity enhancement and reliability through AutoAnalysis

SPIE Proceedings, 2015
The decreasing size and increasing complexity of photomask features, driven by the push to ever smaller technology nodes, places more and more challenges on the mask house, particularly in terms of yield management and cost reduction. Particularly challenging for mask shops is the inspection, repair and review cycle which requires more time and skill ...

Technicon Autoanalysis of the Ninhydrin-positive Phospholipids of Lactobacillus casei

Nature, 1965
ANALYSIS of the phospholipids of Lactobacillus casei by thin-layer chromatography has revealed the presence of an unidentified ninhydrin-positive compound, accounting for 30 per cent of the total phospholipid phosphorus1. The identity of this substance and the presence of other ninhydrin-positive compounds have now been determined using a Technicon ...

[Autoanalysis of cellular beta-glucuronidase activity].

Annales de biologie clinique, 1978
Continuous flow autoanalysis of beta glucuronidase activity in the cells is described. It permits one to measure in presence of Triton X-100 enzyme activities of the order of 10(-5) units.

Electrical potentials generated in continuous flow dialyzers during autoanalysis

Analytical Biochemistry, 1977
Abstract An electrical potential develops across the membrane when the moving streams in a continuous flow dialyzer module are electrolytes of different composition. The steady-state value for a pair of solutions and flow rates is little affected by introducing air bubbles into the flowing streams.

SEM AutoAnalysis: enhancing photomask and NIL defect disposition and review

33rd European Mask and Lithography Conference, 2017
For defect disposition and repair verification regarding printability, AIMS™ is the state of the art measurement tool in industry. With its unique capability of capturing aerial images of photomasks it is the one method that comes closest to emulating the printing behaviour of a scanner. However for nanoimprint lithography (NIL) templates aerial images
